FFVI Harder Kefka IPS Patch:

We all say(at least me, meh) that Kefka is a kinda easy final boss. Some Ultima spam just finish him. For FFVI players in search of some challenge, this in-work patch will enhance Kefka's power.

Apply to a simple FFIIIUS rom.

Actually this patch will also replace that stupid FFIII screen by the original FFVI one(taken from another patch), Change Shadow into Kefka(not 100% complete), and change a certain type of enemy into TOMATO.
